About Us

M Properties Group began as a retail real estate brokerage in 2007, and retail was our sole focus. In order to represent tenants and landlords in one of the most desirable and most competitive real estate markets in the world, it was essential for our team to understand Manhattan's retail market on a very deep level. Now, because we have gathered such a wealth of information and experience as retail brokers, we have expanded our services to include office leasing and investment sales of commercial buildings and spaces.

These are the same buildings where we've researched the demographics, and analyzed trends to a local micro-level. Therefore we can provide more than just comps, income statements, and historical data; we can provide the basis of further insight that may be required to turn a good investment into an extraordinary investment.

Internally, we work as an interconnected team, giving us increased sensitivity and responsiveness to Manhattan's landscape changes and market demand changes so we are able to continuously form better strategic and creative solutions.

Manhattan and Beyond: We also provide services as consultants; with 4 years of hotel operations experience with boutique, full-service, nationally-branded, and privately-owned or franchised properties; 2 years of hotel/resort consulting and valuation experience. We have commercial brokerage experience and experience working with lenders, brokers, developers, sellers, and buyers. Our experience also includes repositioning and renovations of major hotel assets in downtown areas.
